There are many afflictions to worry about in this day and age. Health issues are probably at the top of this list. Many of these are terrifying simply due to the fact that we can't prevent them. We humans hate things we can't prevent. We don't even like to ponder such frightening issues. However, it's clear that avoiding issues gets us nowhere. Take the numerous types of cancer for example. Is there really any point in blocking this dismal topic out of our minds? I think not. All we can do is deal with it, like we do every other health affliction, and search high and low for cures and treatments that are better than the ones we currently have. Unfortunately there is a long road ahead of us.
Do you know or have you ever known someone who has cancer? The odds say that you probably do. I have known a few individuals in my life that have grappled with several types of cancer. My aunt on my mother's side suffered from lung and kidney cancer. The doctors deducted that her kidney cancer was the result of pesticide run-off her water. They had farms near their home, and this was where it came from. It's terrible to think about, but yet it's certainly a reality for many. The solution to this dilemma is obvious. Now, what about the other types of cancer? No one can really avoid the issue of lung cancer. Just take a look around at all the idiots still smoking. Get a clue people! DUH! Smoking clearly and without a doubt leads to lung cancer. No one feels sorry about what you purposely inflicted on yourself. This is just utter insanity. I would think with all the health problems floating around these days, folks would avoid the obvious one. Why impose harm on your body if you don't have to?
If you have no clue regarding the many types of cancer, then it's time to get educated. Maybe you're no interested in a library full of research on types of cancer. This is understandable. However, what about cyberspace? Get on the old laptop and see what's up. The reason for gaining this knowledge is simple. There are things you can do to decrease your chances of acquiring any types of cancer. Isn't it time you got in-the-know?
